Question 1

How does the guest QR flow work?

Accepted Answer

Each valet card carries a unique QR code. The guest scans it with their phone, confirms the vehicle is theirs, chooses when they want it, and taps Retrieve. The nearest available valet on shift is notified instantly.

Question 2

What is the difference between valet and self-parking?

Accepted Answer

In valet your staff take the keys, so the record that matters is chain of custody. In self-parking the guest keeps their keys, so what matters is access and capacity. You can run both on the same property.

Question 3

Do my staff need a special device?

Accepted Answer

No. Valliio runs in any modern smartphone browser, with no app download and no hardware to install.

Question 4

What guest data do you hold?

Accepted Answer

For valet we hold a vehicle registration and delete it at handover. No guest name, phone number or documents are required. Where a guest registers to self-park, that is a name, phone and email, and nothing more.

Question 5

How do we start?

Accepted Answer

With a short, free pilot at your property, running alongside your current process. You provide one device, printed QR cards and a named point of contact. We provide the card artwork, the setup, day-one training in person, and direct access to the founder.
